A woman is found strangled to death at McCormick's Creek State Park
Vickie Lynn Harrell, age 25, was found dead on August 14, 1972, in Spencer, Indiana. The circumstances leading up to her death began on August 12, 1972, when she was last seen leaving her workplace—a K-Mart store on the east side of Bloomington, Indiana.
