Kenneth Eugene Mann, a 56-year-old resident of Dittmer, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2016. The incident occurred in the 9900 block of Jones Creek Road, where deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a call reporting a shooting involving two victims. Upon arrival, they found Kenneth Mann with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Mann was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
