A man in his garden is shot dead
Darryl P. Messer, aged 25, was tragically killed on June 21, 1990, in Medaryville, Indiana. The incident took place when Darryl, who was at his home, went out to the garden to gather some vegetables. After failing to return, he was later discovered lying in the yard, suffering from a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
