On February 19, 2005, a tragic arson claimed the lives of four people, including four-year-old Dacota Rasmussen, in Kokomo, Indiana. The fire occurred late at night at their residence on Bell Street, killing Amy Parrish, 25, her sons Dacota Rasmussen, 4, Caleb Parrish, 2, and her stepson Casey Parrish, 11.
