Tyler Worthington, a 34-year-old resident of North San Juan, California, was found dead in a rural area near Tuscumbia, Missouri, on June 11, 2018. Worthington's death was the result of a single gunshot wound to the head, and his body was discovered by a local farmer. Worthington had traveled to Missouri with Joseph McKenna, a 27-year-old from Chicago, to sell marijuana and marijuana vaping products.
