Angela L. Fulcher, a 30-year-old woman from Indianapolis, was tragically found dead on October 29, 2008. She was discovered in a residence located at 3719 E. New York Street, where authorities determined that she had been strangled. The crime scene was further complicated by the fact that the residence had been set on fire, an apparent attempt to conceal the murder.
