James R. Fannon, aged 41, from Windsor, Missouri, tragically died on February 24, 2022. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred near the animal shelter and recycling center in Windsor. Fannon was found with a gunshot wound to the head in the vicinity of the Henry, Pettis, and Benton county lines. The incident is believed to have stemmed from a confrontation that took place in the early hours of February 24, possibly related to a drug deal gone wrong.
