Has anyone looked into whether there were any surveillance cameras in the area where Otis Rice was found? With all the businesses and homes around North 25th Street, I would think there might be some available footage that could help piece together what happened that night. It's baffling that there aren't more leads yet. My heart goes out to Otis's family—losing him in such a violent way must be unbearable. It’s so crucial that we find justice for him and bring those responsible to light. If anyone has seen anything or knows someone who might have info, please don’t stay silent.
