Has anyone looked into whether Jemal might have tried to make it to a new place after leaving Oakland? Since he often traveled to San Francisco, maybe he tried to go somewhere else this time? I wonder if there's any way to check transportation records, like buses or trains, for anyone matching his description around the time he went missing. It's frustrating that there haven't been any significant leads. If anyone in the Bay Area saw someone who might be Jemal back in April 2019, it could really help the investigation. Let's keep spreading the word and hope someone comes forward with new information.
