Has anyone else been following Shayne Burrow's case? The private investigator's work has really got me thinking. Those details about the lack of gunshot residue and the position of the gun are hard to ignore. It's so puzzling that the gun was found 15 inches away, on the opposite side of his body. If this wasn't a clear-cut case of suicide as initially ruled, it makes me wonder what actually happened that day. I really feel for Shayne's family, especially his mom. It must be incredibly challenging for her to keep pushing for answers when authorities aren't pursuing further investigation. This case feels like it has so many loose ends that need to be tied up. Does anyone have thoughts on where the investigation might go from here, especially considering it’s not being classified as a homicide?

I’ve been following Shayne Burrow’s case and find it deeply troubling that the University City Police Department hasn’t reopened the investigation despite the new evidence. It doesn’t sit right with me that there was no gunshot residue on Shayne’s hands and yet his death was initially ruled as a suicide. What also stands out is the fact that the gun was found 15 inches away on the opposite side–that’s a pretty significant detail to overlook, right? My heart goes out to Shayne’s family; I can't imagine the frustration and agony they're going through. It’s so important for them to get the answers they deserve. Hopefully, there will be more public pressure or new leads that compel the authorities to take another look at what happened to this young man. ?
