Has anyone else been following the case of Mark Fretwell? What's been lingering in my mind is the community aspect. Mark was known to hang around urban nomadic communities in Oakland and San Leandro. I’m wondering if someone from these communities might have some info but is hesitant to come forward. These communities can be pretty tight-knit and sometimes distrustful of outsiders. Maybe there's a way to reach out to them respectfully to see if they have any insights or even saw him around after April 8, 2019. It's like a mystery in itself, trying to unravel how people move and where they find shelter. If anyone on here has ideas or experience in connecting with such groups, it could really help in widening the search for Mark.
