I've been reading up on the Gilligan family tragedy lately, and I can't get over how strong the Evansville community was in the aftermath. It's clear from everything I've read that the Gilligans were beloved by their neighbors and friends, and the support must have meant so much to those who were left to grieve. It's hard to imagine how a community heals after something so unimaginably terrible, but seeing people come together can be a powerful thing. I hope they found some sense of peace knowing everyone rallied around them during such a dark time. This case is a chilling reminder of how fragile life can be and how important it is to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. Thoughts and prayers to anyone touched by this tragedy.
