I've been following the discussion about Robert Poulter's case, and I can't help but wonder about the community impact in Gary at the time he was tragically taken from us. In the mid-'90s, Gary was grappling with a wave of violence, and sadly, this might have affected how thoroughly cases were reported or investigated. Could the lack of detailed information on Robert's case be partly due to the overwhelming number of violent incidents the city was dealing with? It must have been incredibly challenging for law enforcement to keep up with everything going on at that time. Perhaps people with knowledge of other cases from the area during that period could shed some light or share experiences. My thoughts are with Robert’s family, who must be yearning for answers even after all these years. It's incredibly tough not having closure, and I hope that through community efforts, more light can be shed on what really happened to Robert.
