Hey everyone, I was reading through some posts about Charles Edward Johnson, and something that caught my attention was the surveillance footage of him near Waco Towing. It's the last known sighting, and it made me wonder if anyone has looked into businesses along University Parks Drive for additional camera footage. Maybe there's more to be found from a different angle or another camera further down the street? Just thinking if anyone else picked him up on their cameras, even if briefly, it might give more insight into which direction he headed after that spot. Also, has anyone checked if Waco Towing might've had better quality footage or if there's a possibility of enhancing the existing video? Just throwing out ideas – every detail might help!
Did anyone else catch the detail about Charles Johnson being from Waco originally but living most of his life in southeast Houston before moving back? It makes me wonder if there could be any connections or places he might have felt driven to from his past. People with dementia sometimes gravitate towards familiar locations. I know the searches have been thorough, but I'm curious if there are any locations in either area (Waco or Houston) that the family or local community might not have considered yet – like old friends' residences or previous workplaces? It seems like exploring all those "familiar ties" could be critical, even if it’s a long shot. Thoughts?
I’ve been following Charles Edward Johnson's case since it first came out. What struck me was how familiar he was with the area around Vantage Apartments. For someone with dementia, familiar routines can be comforting, yet this seemed different. It's puzzling that even with his past wanderings, this time there were no signs or traces. I wonder if anyone has looked into whether any construction or changes in the usual environment triggered something this time? Sometimes even minor changes can disorient someone with memory issues. If anyone has more on this or similar experiences with loved ones, it might be worth discussing.
