I recently stumbled upon the case of Jon Wayne David, and it's completely baffled me. It's not just the lack of information that's upsetting, but also the idea that someone could harm a person who seemed so beloved by his community. Especially in a small town like Mount Vernon, you'd think something this serious would have drawn more eyes and ears. Does anyone else find it strange that there isn't more coverage or details about what happened? Considering he worked at Fulton Manufacturing Home Products, I wonder if any coworkers noticed anything unusual leading up to his death. Often, people spend a lot of their time at work, forming bonds with colleagues who might catch wind of things others wouldn't. My heart really goes out to his family and friends. Not having answers must be an added layer of pain. I'm curious if anyone local remembers the atmosphere in Mount Vernon around that time or if any rumors circulated which didn’t make the news. Hoping more people come forward to share what they know or remember.
