It's puzzling to me that there haven't been any definitive sightings of Aisha Mathews since her hospital checkout. San Francisco is a bustling city, and you'd think someone, somewhere, might have noticed a woman in a wheelchair shortly after she left the hospital. Has anybody dug into whether there were any security camera feeds from the area? In a city that size, there's almost always a camera capturing the streets. I know it's been years, but it might offer some clues or at least confirm her direction after leaving. It's frustrating to see so few developments in her case over time. Every little detail can matter.

Has anyone looked into the possibility of Aisha Mathews needing further medical assistance after she left the hospital? Given that she checked herself out in a wheelchair, it seems like she might have still been in need of care. Maybe she reached out to another healthcare facility? Hospitals sometimes communicate, so maybe there's a trail there. Also, too many people dismiss the role that healthcare workers might play in a missing person's case—either as witnesses or through documentation that might offer clues. If she's receiving treatment elsewhere, that could explain the lack of contact. Just a thought since a medical setting was the last known place she was seen. Anyone know if any of this angle has been pursued by investigators?
