It's so disheartening to hear about the ongoing struggle for justice in Latosha's case. It's been years now, and it’s hard to imagine the pain her family must continue to endure. One thing that’s been troubling me is the apparent lack of surveillance footage from that night. The Port-O-Call Apartments seem like a place where there would be cameras, especially given their proximity to a busy area like I-465. Does anyone know if IMPD ever retrieved any footage, or was it all just a dead end? It’s baffling and frustrating when technology we rely on every day doesn’t come through in critical moments like this. My heart goes out to Latosha's loved ones—I can’t imagine the patience and strength they must have to keep advocating for answers after all this time. If anyone locally has any insights or even theories, every little bit might help. Stay strong, everyone.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the lack of leads in Latosha Elliott-Strickland’s case. It's unimaginable what her family must be going through, knowing there's been so little progress. Something that crossed my mind is whether there were any surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the Port-O-Call Apartments at the time. It seems like these could have provided crucial evidence. With the apartment complex being near I-465 and Rockville Road, I wonder if there might be businesses or traffic cameras that could have captured something useful. We know technology like this can often fill in the gaps where witnesses or direct evidence fall short. If anyone in the community remembers anything about camera placements back then, or has worked in a similar complex and knows about common security setups in Indianapolis areas, maybe that's a direction the police can look more into. Sending love to Latosha’s family and friends. They deserve answers and peace. Thanks for reading ❤
