I've been following Shanton "Snook" Carprue Jr.'s case for a while, and I can't shake off this sense of sorrow for his family. The fact that his mom had seen the suspicious car earlier and connected it to someone Snook was having problems with sends chills down my spine. It must be incredibly painful for her, feeling like there was something she could have done to prevent it. It's so upsetting to think about how these violent acts ripple through families and communities, leaving behind just grief and unanswered questions. I hope that sharing information and keeping this discussion alive can somehow help bring more understanding to what happened. My thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him.
