Has anyone heard if the authorities have used search dogs in this investigation? I know that sometimes they can pick up the scent and give a direction even if a lot of time has passed. Given the vast wilderness area around the Nenana River, I'm hoping they’ve considered every angle in the search efforts. I keep thinking that maybe he wandered into the woods after a potential mishap with the river. It feels like there might be more possibilities in terms of areas to focus on beyond the water itself. Anyone with knowledge on how effective search dogs might be in this kind of terrain?
Has anyone considered the aspects related to the weather conditions on the day Hill went missing? I've been following this case and was wondering if any unusual weather patterns, like sudden rain or increased river currents, might have contributed to his disappearance. If the river's flow was stronger than usual, it could have presented more significant danger, especially given Hill's lack of swimming skills and no life vest. Does anyone have insights into whether local searches took this into account? It might shed some light on what could have happened that day. ?
