It's always so eerie when someone seems to vanish without a trace like Victor Jordan did. I was thinking about how important it is for technology to step up and aid in searches for missing persons. With Victor's case being in the NamUs system, I'm curious about how effective these databases truly are. Are they actively helping track leads and connect the dots across different jurisdictions, or is the influx of data just overwhelming? It's maddening to think that someone can just disappear, and there’s little to go on. I hope that with the advancements in digital forensics and databases, we will start seeing more breakthroughs in cases like Victor's. Can anyone shed light on how NamUs actually works in real-life scenarios?
