Hey all, I wanted to discuss an angle in Jaymel Patterson's case that hasn't been talked about as much. Does anyone know if there’s been any progress with the ballistic evidence? From what I’ve gathered, there were several gunshot wounds, which suggests a particular type of firearm might have been used. Has there been any mention of the police tracking down where the gun or ammunition could have come from? I know this kind of evidence can sometimes lead to significant leads, and it would be great if that could happen here. It's incredibly frustrating to see a case with so little to go on, despite the amount of effort put in by Jaymel's family and the authorities. I can’t imagine the pain his loved ones must feel, living with this uncertainty every day. I really hope new developments come soon for Jaymel and everyone who cares about him. Any thoughts or information on this aspect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading, and let's keep spreading the word. Justice needs to be served.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share some thoughts about the role community support plays in cases like Jaymel Patterson's. It's been almost six years since his tragic death, and it still amazes me how powerful and necessary it is for communities to rally together during these times. In Gary, the lack of eyewitnesses and evidence has been a major hurdle. It's crucial that anyone who might know something, no matter how small it seems, steps forward. It might feel like what you know isn't important, but you never know how it could fit into the bigger picture. I've seen other cases where community tips ended up being the key to cracking the case. I really hope that people in Gary remember that they have a part to play. Keeping the conversation alive and supporting Jaymel's family could eventually lead to new insights or breakthroughs. Has anyone in the area heard anything recent about community initiatives or groups that are working on this case? Anything like that could be a beacon of hope for his family. Let's stand with them in their pursuit of justice. Hoping for better days ahead for all affected by this.
