I can't stop thinking about the two kids who were in the car that night. How terrifying it must've been for them to be caught in such a horrific situation. It's truly a miracle they weren't physically harmed, but I can’t imagine the emotional and psychological trauma they might be experiencing. I truly hope they’re surrounded by supportive family and receiving professional help to navigate through this tragedy. My heart goes out to them and everyone affected by this senseless act of violence. Domestic violence affects so many lives, and we need to do more to protect those at risk and support the victims and families left in the aftermath.
