Has anyone else been thinking about the role that digital evidence played in the case against Jamal Jones? I’ve been following this case for a while, and it struck me how crucial the surveillance footage was for the prosecution. I mean, it's one thing to present a bunch of physical evidence, but when they showed the video of Luzeia at the bank with Jones lurking in the background, it just painted such a vivid picture of how controlling he was.
It’s chilling to think about—imagine being on that jury and seeing that video footage, knowing this might be one of the last times she was seen alive. And then, the Walmart tape, with him buying those items while driving her car... it sends shivers down my spine. You don’t see a lot of no-body cases end in conviction, so they really must have hit it out of the park with this evidence. I can’t help but wonder what other details we haven’t heard yet. Thoughts anyone?
