I was struck by the show of unity and compassion among the South Bend community after Baljeet Singh's tragic death. It's incredible how quickly people came together to support his family through the GoFundMe campaign, reaching over $12,000 in just a few days. A particular gesture that stood out was A.J. Singh’s $1,000 donation, despite not being directly related to Baljeet. This highlights the common bond and empathy people shared in the wake of the tragedy. While it’s reassuring to see such solidarity, it also reminds me of how important it is for us to stay vigilant about seeking justice. Has anyone heard if there have been any recent updates regarding the suspect? It's unsettling to think that the person behind this crime might still be out there. Baljeet’s family, whether here or in India, deserves closure and justice, and keeping the conversation going might help keep the case active. Sending love and strength to his family and hoping they find the peace they deserve.
