I’ve been following the tragic case of Tory’on Dukes, and I can’t stop thinking about the strong sense of community support that emerged in the aftermath. The fact that Aaliyah Stewart, who has gone through her own unimaginable losses, was able to offer support and bring gifts to Tory’on's siblings is truly a testament to the resilience and compassion people can show even in the darkest times. It’s just so important that we continue to bring attention to cases like this and encourage anyone with information to come forward. The love and support from those around can’t bring Tory’on back, but it can help pressure the community to seek justice. I really hope the family can find some peace and that we can see some leads in the case soon. Sending thoughts of peace and strength to everyone affected by this senseless tragedy.
