Has anyone else been following the investigation in Anna Downham's case? I keep thinking about John McCurdy and how he seemed to vanish right after everything happened. It's strange because he was such a fixture in the community, always at that convenience store chatting with everyone. I'm not jumping to conclusions, and I know the police have said there's no threat, but it would be reassuring to hear more about why he hasn't been seen. I can only imagine how hard this is for Anna's family and friends, and I hope they find some answers soon. Anybody else have thoughts on this or know if there's any new info?

I’ve been following Anna Downham’s case closely and there's something that's really been haunting me. I just can't wrap my head around John McCurdy’s sudden disappearance. It’s strange how someone who’s a regular at the convenience store and known in the community just vanishes after such a horrific event. Could it be coincidence, or is there more to it? My heart goes out to Anna’s family and friends, and I truly hope they find the answers they need. It’s so unsettling to think about the fear and uncertainty they must be feeling right now. I’m praying the authorities get the breakthrough they need to bring justice for Anna. Does anyone around Burlington remember seeing McCurdy or have any theories on why he might have disappeared?
