I stumbled upon this case recently, and my heart goes out to Katie's friends and family. I was particularly touched by her love of reading and the fact that she had a house-cleaning business with her sister, Cara. It's amazing to see such entrepreneurial spirit from someone so young. As I was digging, I couldn't help but wonder about the dynamic between the sisters. Starting a business together must have created such a strong bond. I imagine Cara is taking this loss extremely hard, and my thoughts are with her. If anyone's come across more details on C&K Cleaning or how the local community has been supporting them since Katie's passing, I'd be interested to hear more.
