I’ve been following Mahamoud Ibrahim’s case, and something that sticks out to me is the location where this tragic event happened. It's alarming to think that the shooting took place in the parking lot of New Wineskin Ministries. In what is typically a place of community and peace, such violence is both unexpected and devastating. I can’t even begin to imagine the impact this has had on the church and its members, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. It makes me wonder if there were any security cameras nearby or churchgoers who might have seen something. If you were around the area or have any friends or family who might know more, please consider reaching out to Detective Michael Wright. Mahamoud’s family deserves answers and closure. My thoughts are with them during this incredibly difficult time.
