Has anyone else been following the trial of Isedra Brooks? It’s such a sad and complex case. I read about how Armani Handy was planning to break up with her, and it’s just so tragic that it ended in violence. I can’t stop thinking about how things might’ve been different if they’d found a way to talk it through.
It's clear that there were emotions running high, especially since Brooks herself called for help immediately after. While it's no excuse for her actions, it makes me wonder what kind of pressure and emotions she was dealing with leading up to that night.
