Hey everyone, I've been following the recent horrific incident in Indianapolis, and something about it just won't leave me alone. I can't stop thinking about the void Marvin Walker Jr.’s death has left in the community. It's deeply disturbing to see someone, especially a young person like Marvin, lose his life in such a sudden and senseless way. I can't even imagine what his family is going through right now. Marvin was only 25. It feels surreal to think about the promise of a future he won't get to live. I was wondering if anyone knows more about who Marvin was as a person? Sometimes getting to know the victims as human beings rather than statistics is important for the healing process. It would be nice to focus on who he was and the life he lived. Maybe there’s something about his story that could help us all feel a little more connected, and perhaps encourage others to come forward with information. For those who knew Marvin or the other victims personally, my thoughts are truly with you. It's crucial that our community continues to support each other, while actively seeking justice. Let's hope the authorities get the information they need soon to bring those responsible to account.
