Has anyone here dug into the weather reports from Alaska around the day Robert went missing? I'm curious about the conditions on 08/23/1980. I know the Yukon River can be pretty treacherous, especially if there’s a sudden change in weather. If the weather was bad, it might give us more insight into why his boat ended up where it did.
