Does anyone have more details about the connection between Stamper and the Shoney’s? It's been haunting me how someone could go from just entering that place for a robbery to committing such a brutal act. I keep thinking about the dynamics that morning—was it just a planned robbery gone horribly wrong, or did something trigger Stamper to escalate to that level of violence? My heart goes out to the families of Steven, Agnes, and Franklin. I've been reading reports and it seems like they were just trying to go about their workday. It adds another layer to the tragedy knowing they were caught in such an unexpected and devastating situation. For those of you familiar with the area or time, was there any history of violent crime at that location before the incident? Just trying to piece together anything that might shed light on why this tragedy occurred.
