Hey all, I was digging through some old newspapers about John Ray Lomack's case, and something caught my eye. It seems that after numerous run-ins with the law, there was talk of creating a specific task force aimed at tackling the rise in thefts around the time he disappeared. Does anyone else remember reading or hearing about this? It's fascinating how his repeated offenses seemed to push some local jurisdictions to reconsider how to address theft.
