Did anyone else notice the proximity of where Donald Charles Shumaker disappeared? The area around North 12th Street and East Indian School Road in Phoenix is actually pretty well-trafficked. It's not like some remote place where no one would have seen anything. I wonder if there were any businesses nearby with security cameras that might have caught something? It’s baffling that there’s so little information given how bustling that area can be. Maybe someone local might recall seeing something out of the ordinary back in December 2013. Anything could help at this point!
