I've been following the Lakshmi Bhat case since it first happened, and something I keep coming back to is how overlooked domestic violence warning signs can be, especially when they escalate to such devastating events. Living in a complex like Skyline Towers must have been terrifying that morning for everyone who heard the gunshots. It makes me wonder if there were any signs leading up to June 17 that were either ignored or simply not recognized. It's so frustrating because tragedies like this often happen behind closed doors, and by the time it's out in the open, it's too late. I truly hope this incident serves as a wake-up call for the community to be more vigilant and supportive of those who might be in dangerous situations. Anyone else have thoughts on how we can be more proactive in recognizing these situations? Sending my thoughts and prayers to the families affected. This is such a painful loss.

Has anyone else been thinking about the layout and security features at Skyline Towers during the time of the incident? I can't help but wonder how such a tragic event unfolded in what seems to be a relatively secure building. Living on the 21st floor, it must have been terrifying for the neighbors to suddenly hear gunshots. I know there were issues being mentioned about the area, but it's still hard to grasp something like this happening so close to so many families. What really stands out to me is how domestic violence can escalate without warning signs to the outside world, leaving communities to pick up the pieces. My heart goes out to Lakshmi Bhat's family and all who knew her. It's a stark reminder that we need more awareness and resources dedicated to preventing domestic violence before it reaches such a devastating point. Also, if anyone has insight into whether changes were made afterward to improve safety or support residents, I'd be interested to hear about it.
