I still can’t wrap my head around how tragic this case is. One detail that caught my attention is the role Torrey played in Tamika's children's lives, especially considering his niece with cerebral palsy. It’s heartbreaking to imagine how his absence will affect them long term. The bond he shared with them must have been incredibly special, and now so many treasured moments are lost forever. It’s just so sad to think about all the future milestones that they’ll have to experience without him. I hope his family finds some way to heal and that they feel the support of their community during such a difficult time. It’s hard to fathom how violence can rip through lives, leaving pain and unanswered questions behind.
