I've been following the tragic case of William Watkins, and I'm really struck by the impact this has had on his family and the Chesapeake community. I can't imagine the pain his loved ones must be going through, especially with the case still unsolved after all these years. It baffles me how there have been no arrests or solid leads. Why hasn't someone come forward with more information? Chesapeake is not that big of a place, and it seems really difficult to believe that no one saw or heard anything that might help solve this. Maybe it's fear of retaliation, but I hope that someone finds the courage to step up and share what they know. For those who knew Mr. Watkins, I can only imagine how hard it must be to feel like justice has stalled. My heart goes out to his family and the community. If you're local and know anything, even the smallest detail, I urge you to contact the police. Let's help bring some peace to his family.
