I've been digging through old reports about missing persons in Alaska, and the case of Mary Ballantyne caught my attention. What stands out to me is the fact she went missing while traveling with Christopher Winer. There's little information about him, and I can't seem to find any details about his background or what happened to him afterwards. Does anyone know more about Christopher's connection to Mary or if he's ever made any public statements? It seems crucial to understanding more about the day she disappeared. It's been over 30 years, yet this detail feels like it could hold some answers. Anyone have thoughts or additional info on this angle?
