I can't shake the feeling of how eerie it must be to work or live near the scene of the crime. I really feel for Kim Brinkley and others in that neighborhood who had to wake up to such a horrifying event happening right on their doorstep. Troy Roberson seemed to be such a well-loved figure there; it's hard to imagine the community without him. It must be so unsettling to pass by Duvall's Barber Shop now, knowing what happened. I hope the community can come together to support one another in healing after this trauma. If anyone has insight into how they're coping or plans to memorialize Troy, I'd love to hear about it.
