Hey all, I've been digging into the Juan Toledo case a bit and came across something that's been bugging me. Does anyone know much about the area in Brooklyn where he was last seen? I read somewhere that around the mid-80s, the neighborhood was going through some real changes with gentrification starting to creep in. Could it be possible that these neighborhood shifts contributed to some folks not wanting to talk or not noticing anything unusual back then? It just seems like maybe there were people around who might have seen something but didn't come forward for whatever reason. Would love to hear any insights or theories you all might have on this angle!
