I can't stop thinking about how close this tragedy hit to the community on Tahiska Lane. I grew up not far from there and it's been unsettling knowing that Lawson’s case is still unsolved after all this time. It’s frustrating and heart-wrenching for his family and friends to not have answers or justice yet. It must be incredibly painful for those who knew and loved him. I find it odd that there hasn’t been much released about the circumstances—like, what could have happened that night? Are there no witnesses or CCTV around that area? I just hope that people in the community keep speaking up and sharing anything they know, even the smallest detail, because it might just be what the police need to finally crack this case. Lawson deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. If anyone in Newport News has even a whisper of information, please consider coming forward to help.
