Has anyone else been following the details about the video surveillance in the Lee David Lipps case? I can’t help but think about how crucial that footage was in identifying Leon Tyler Smith. It makes me wonder how often tech like this can be a turning point in these investigations, providing a clear piece of evidence that might otherwise get overlooked. My heart goes out to Lee’s family and friends. It’s chilling to think about someone being caught on camera just moments after committing such a horrific act. I hope the closure they seek continues as the community reflects on the importance of utilizing technology for safety and justice.
