I was just reading up on the life of Robert "Bobby" Bartulewicz III, and it struck me how much he did in such a short span of time. As much as we read about tragedies, Bobby’s accomplishments and interests really paint a vibrant picture of who he was. A state-level wrestler, musician, gamer, and service member all combined into one amazing young man. And the ice hockey club connection is one that I bet a lot of folks from Richmond remember fondly about him. Given the circumstances of his passing, it’s puzzling to me that it hasn’t triggered any public criminal investigation or legal follow-up. It makes me wonder if his friends and family are satisfied with the understanding they have of his death, or if they are quietly searching for more answers. Losing someone at such a young age, and with so much potential, has to be incredibly difficult. I'm hoping his loved ones have found some measure of peace and comfort.
