Eddie Tatum's tragic death in 2017 has been haunting me since I heard about it. It's incredibly sad that his case is still unresolved after so many years. Eddie was more than a statistic; he was a cherished member of his community, and his loss is felt deeply by everyone who knew him. I can't help but think about the systemic issues in Oakland at the time that might have contributed to the lack of closure in cases like Eddie's. With law enforcement being understaffed and stretched thin, along with a lack of witnesses willing to come forward, it's frustrating to see how many families are left without answers. For anyone listening, if you have any information at all about Eddie's case, no matter how insignificant it may seem, please reach out to the authorities. We owe it to Eddie and his family to help bring them some peace and justice. Let's not let this case fade into the background while we still have a chance to make a difference.
