It's so devastating to read about Jaydon Marshall Rayburn's case. I'm really thinking about his family and friends right now. It’s alarming to see the surveillance footage showing those two young men running away. It makes you wonder what their connection might be to the whole tragic incident. I really hope that someone out there recognizes them and comes forward with information. It must be so agonizing for Jaydon's father, Justin Rayburn, to have to plead for justice for his son in this way. It's beyond disturbing that these types of shootings seem to be a pattern in Newport News. There has to be more that can be done to prevent these tragedies from becoming just another statistic.
