I’ve been thinking a lot about Reginald Ohana Williams and the huge hole his absence leaves in the Newport News community. It's hard to believe it’s been almost three years since this tragic incident, and we’re still waiting for answers. I didn't know him personally, but by all accounts, he was a cherished member of the neighborhood. What strikes me is the silence following such a violent act. How could something so devastating happen without more people knowing or seeing anything? It’s unsettling to think there might be someone out there who knows what happened but hasn’t come forward. I hope people realize how important their information could be, no matter how small it seems. Let’s keep Reginald’s family in our thoughts and do what we can to support the search for answers. If you’re in the area and you know something, please consider reaching out to Crime Line. It could be the key to giving his loved ones the peace they deserve.
