It's so incredibly sad to hear about what happened to Kenny Hill, and it’s difficult to comprehend the devastation his family must be going through. I wanted to focus on how this tragedy highlights the importance of community support, something Kenny himself was so invested in through his coaching and business ventures. It’s clear that he was a pillar in Haysi, and I can only imagine how his passing has left a huge gap in the community fabric. It's heard often how tight-knit towns like Haysi come together in times of loss, and in his memory, I hope the community finds strength and healing by rallying around his family—Penny, Guage, and Peyton. Maybe this tragic event can also serve as a reminder of how crucial it is to have robust support systems to prevent such heartbreaking incidents. Are there any local initiatives or support groups already in place that are addressing these issues? It would be great to know if Haysi has channels where people can turn for both mental health support and conflict resolution. Kenny’s legacy deserves to be one of love, togetherness, and positive change.
