I've been following John D. Appleton's case closely, and one thing that really hits home for me is the lack of witnesses coming forward. It makes me wonder how many people might have seen or heard something but are too scared to speak up. I can't imagine how frustrating this must be for John's family, knowing that someone out there might hold the key to solving this case. It’s such a tightrope to walk between wanting to protect yourself and wanting to do what's right. If anyone out there has even the tiniest piece of information, I really hope they find the courage to come forward. Every little bit helps, and it might be the missing piece that finally brings some answers. I truly hope for justice not just for John, but for his loved ones who desperately need closure.
