Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Stephen Harris and his connection to the fitness community. It's just so hard to wrap my head around how someone so dedicated to helping others live healthier lives could be taken from us so violently. It's clear from everything I've read that he was genuinely passionate about fitness and had a real talent for it. It makes me wonder if his career as a personal trainer might have intersected in some way with the events of that tragic night. Did he know Mike Stewart from the gym scene or his training business, Victory Fitness? It's horrible to think that Stephen's dedication to helping others might have somehow brought him into the path of harm. My heart truly goes out to his family and friends. If anyone has any thoughts or info on this angle, I'd love to hear it. Let's keep supporting each other through this difficult time.
