I live near Waterfront Road, and on the day he went missing, there was some pretty bad weather, heavy rain and strong winds. Not saying it’s directly related, but it’s possible the conditions that day affected his path or decisions. Has anyone else considered how the weather might have played a role or maybe hindered someone from spotting him if he ended up somewhere unusual? Just a thought that might be worth exploring further.
